Window & patio door installation
I have been dealing with this company since last year had a wonderful salesman Bill , but unfortunately when I called back he wasnt with the company so another sales person was referred and thats when the nightmare began. I instructed him that I wanted the same contract but instead of 2 doors I wanted one.This guy will say he was coming and would not show up, would not answer the phone calls
He was supposed to put a glass on the top. Of a patio door and after came back saying that it will cost $1000 but he can leave for $500 , also the living room window was supposed to be capped and it wasnt done. I emailed saying that he forgot to write this in the contract and he reassured me that he didnt forget and told not to worry that I was in good hands. I tried to bring this to the attention of their customer service but all they care is their $$$$$ . Its a a nightmare !
This Salesman Phiill all he did was promised, promised till I signed the agreement ! Unfortunately he passed away !
I Dont Recommend this Company at all !
