We started out with an enclosed porch, which we wanted to turn into an open one. As my husband started taking off siding and so on, he realized the porch was almost falling off the house.
John's team completed the demo,and completely re-built the porch from scratch. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and we have received many compliments on how beautiful it looks.
Also, each day the site was tidied up, and at the end of the job, the site was completely clean. Dean did most of the work, and did a really wonderful job. He was always friendly and courteous and considerate.
After hearing so many nightmare stories about renos gone bad, we had a lot of peace of mind throughout the job and we have confidence that there won't be any surprise problems popping up in the future.
We still have the rest of our house to renovate and we will definitely be calling John again!
