Finer Edge Painting & Improvements

I researched painting firms in Home stars after a bad experience from a previous painter left deficiencies in the work - incomplete, no sanding, caulking, stains seeping through etc. I met and had quotes from 4 companies and Finer Edge was clearly ahead of the others. Bill the owner came and gave a competitive quote, listened to my concerns and patiently answered my many questions. His references and expertise sold itself, there was no hard sell. The work was started within 5 days of the estimated time, was completed on time and the finished job was superb. Tuni the lead painter had 20 years of experience (it showed) and completed every request I made and the work site was clean when they left. The customer service was outstanding from Bill and the quote, to Michelle who confirmed the paint and work order, Collin the project manager (who was there at the start, checked in and made the final inspection with me) and Tuni and his partner. Our 100 year old house looks like new and the job was not easy with railings, wooden spindles on 3 porches/balconies on 3 floors. I can only hope future contractors will be as professional and service focused as Bill and his team are at Finer Edge.
