I was referred to this company to replace my new Thermador fridge and freezer wheels. They came this way and were not damaged on delivery. I sent them an email of all the wheels and leveling stabilizers along with the model number. It took over 3 weeks to get the parts in. I had to call weekly to check in and remind them. Once all the parts came in the man came to the house. The service person said he could not complete the repair as it is a two person job. Should the company have not know that it was a two person job when they already knew the model number and what was required? When I called back, they said it would take over a week and a half to schedule service. Not preparing for the repair by only sending one person is negligent and irresponsible. After two weeks, two service technicians came, only to have 8 front wheels and no leveling mechanism. They came without the right parts and not prepared. We had to lend them 2x4 and screws. The techs even carelessly tipped the fridge and freezer by tipping it on the side and not the back as indicated on the instructions. Southern Atlantic blamed the parts supplier for not sending the right parts. You'd think they would know what parts are needed by contacting Thermador service, but that was not done. It's been over a month and a half and the job is still not done. No one wants to take responsibility.
