Domenic and Felix have done a fantastic job with replacing all our main floor windows and our front door. Domenic came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. He was very friendly, honest and very professional. Domenic was on site the whole time the job was being done. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the care both Felix and Domenic took in replacing the windows and door. We were so pleased with his work ethic, dedication and care that he ended up replacing our railing as well. He called us a month later to touch base and follow up to make sure we were happy with the work. We were surprised that he called back simply because it was his most busy time. Domenic truly cares about his clients and his company. Reputation goes a long way. Since we've had the windows done, we have already recommended him to a couple of family members and two friends, they too have been extremely pleased with the Masellis work. After a lot of research and quotes along with time spent we decided to go with Better Contracting to replace our roof. This decision was the best decision we made. Mike Graves came out to give us a quote, he advised us of our options and what his recommendations were. We told him our concern and what we had encountered in the past and was genuinely attentive and comforting that our experience with Better Contracting would be a positive one. Indeed it was. Jeff, Carlos and Jamie along with a couple of other men came out when Mike said they would, they were on time, and they were hardworking and did exactly as Mike said they would. They were diligent in ensuring no damage was done when the old roof was coming off and were on top of cleaning up debris as soon as they were done. They were very careful and respectful of our neighbour’s property as well to ensure no debris went over to their side. They kept us up in the loop of what they found on the roof and assured us there were no damaged boards or any other concern once they pulled off the shingles. They did a fantastic job, they came back the second day to finish up and inspected the roof to ensure everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up the area completely and when they left it was as if no one was ever there. They were hard working men; they worked well together and did a wonderful job. We called Mike and told him the crew was done, we were happy with the work and were ready to pay him. Mike called back and said super, I'm glad you are pleased with the roof and that he would be back during the week to obtain the balance of the payment. In between we had a couple of really hard rain falls and felt safe and secured that our roof not only held up to the storm but would hold up for at least another 25 - 30 years ahead. Thank you Mike for coming through as you said you would, when you said you would and with the efficiency and professionalism you said you would. Thank you to your labourers they did a wonderful job and we appreciated the care they took on our roof and the care with our property and our neighbours property.
