We purchased a rather expensive dining set and at the time of purchase, inquired as to how long they would be carrying this particular style of furnishings. The sales person assured us that this particular style would be available for at least the next 10 years. They led us to believe that as we continued to refurnish our house over the next 10 years, we could aquire more dining room chairs, matching bedroom set, buffet, etc. Two years later, they stopped carrying any of these furnishings and upon contact with their customer service, they would not supply the name of the manufacturer and style of furnishing so that we may complete furnishing our home. Not only will we not be able to match the bedroom to the livimgroom and diningroom, but we are short four chairs and two buffets in our dining room. Apparently, the sales staff at Leon's are allowed to make false promises in order to make a sale, and the company will do nothing to rectify their false claims by supplying the manufacturer and style of the furniture. We are at a loss as to how to proceed at this point and very disappointed.

- Get all claims in writing, do not shop at Leon's, and research the integrity of the company.
