I called in Haystack to do a home inspection for the condo I purchased. Chris came to the inspection early. He was well prepared and friendly. He took his time to comb through the entire unit, which I really appreciated. Chris is dedicated to his craft, professional, an excellent communicator and really cares about doing a great job. I have now used Greg to clean our carpets twice. The first time he did an excellent job and this time was no different. He was punctual, detailed and efficient. As a home inspector, I see the work and attention to detail from several different contractors, and they are not all created equal. Greg was concerned with doing the best he could, while explaining what he was doing in different areas of the home. The carpets are getting older, yet he was still able to get them clean. (not an easy task with two small kids and a dog running around) He gave me some advice about some of the better vacuum cleaners on the market and the use of non toxic chemicals. I will absolutely contact Greg again and think you should give him a call when you need a good carpet cleaning.

I found Greg on Homestars as I was looking for the top rated carpet cleaning company in our area. We had not cleaned our carpet in the 5 years we have been living in our townhouse and thought we might have to replace them with all the child and pet stains. They did not look very nice. When I read Greg's reviews I learned a lot from others experiences and also was impressed by the feedback that they had had about him vs. what their experience was like with other companies/attempts that did not achieve results. Greg was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient and most importantly, we were wowed by the difference in our carpets after the cleaning. There were no smells of cleaning agents and the carpet was completely dry by the next morning. We will be using Greg in the future and would highly recommend him to our family and friends.

I had a problem with a few of my outlets and needed repairs completed quickly. Paul came over during the scheduled time to take care of the appropriate repairs in an efficient manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. He gave me a few suggestions for some upgrades that I was thinking of doing as well. The service was great and the fee fair for the work completed. I will be recommending Robert Redford Electrical Services & Paul to friends and future clients. Thanks for the great service!

I called David in to help us deal with a mouse issue. He was professional, on time and gave me some good tips. He set a number of traps and came back to ensure that the mice were gone. He was also very good with follow up as well. I would recommend him to others looking to for pest control. Thanks David!
