He showed me the broken element as well as the part price online. Although he may be getting a contractor price, I felt comfortable knowing he wasn’t overcharging for the part. He finished the job within an hour and offered to connect a new hose that I had purchased. He also charged the amount that he quoted. Overall I felt he was polite, honest and knowledgeable.

Jason came by and gave an estimate. He was very patient with all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. He was pleasant and polite. They were pretty busy so we had to wait about a month for the service but he warned us in advance of this. They arrived on time and left the yard clean. They were very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them or use them again.
