i have shopped here a number of times but found the service ranges from poor to good. when we purchased our bunk bed and highchairs, the sales person that we talked to was very helpful and patient. while other times when i have shopped there, the staff often do not acknowledge my presence. they do have a large selection of different things but the service really could be much better especially when you're spending that kind of money on your kids.

They provided excellent and friendly service and timely delivery. They helped remove the old appliances and installed the new ones. They also gave us instructions on how to care for the appliances.

we needed 5 different coloured paints for our renos and the sale person was very patient and knowledgeable. he took time to explain the different types of paints and helped us stay within our budget.

we purchased laminate to redo our basement suite that was previously carpeted. the sales person was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the different types of laminate flooring. price was more than reasonable for the price we paid.
