Lori and Linda are the superstars of Findlay’s. Any question I have is calmly and professionally answered. Not to mention in this day and age of no customer service you will discover that customer service is given their top priority. And then there is Stan. The man who fixes all makes of machines yet finds time to answer dumb questions like ‘I can’t get my feed dogs to come back’. Thank you Stan. Thank you Lori! And thank you Linda for having this amazing store full of goodies and can’t resist eye candy! I love my machines, the Babylock Soprano and my Babylock Embellisher.
