From the start, Igor impressed us with his presentation and non-pressure sales approach. He was very thorough with the product, offerings and information which was refreshing given most of the competitors (top Homestars rated as well) we got quotes with were either hesitant to come out or did we feel as valued as we did with Comfortec. From experience we know lots of promises are made at the sales portion then next steps were lack lustre - this was not the case with entire Comfortec team. Igor maintained constant communication from beginning to end, Peter, Mike and crew were even early for scheduled appointments and all were super courteous. A very well run company! Thanks again!
