In the fall of 2016, our furnace randomly stopped working. It was a fairly new furnace, only 4 years old at that point. We had a furnace company come in and assess the situation. They took readings, concluded that our furnace was unsafe and then they red tagged. Being only installed for 4 years and a newer model of furnace, which was also installed by a licenced HVAC technician, we couldn't believe that someone was telling us we had to replace it. That's when we called AireServ. Andre was awesome. He came out right away, and with all of his knowledge and experience, he was able to diagnose the problem, determine that by no means was our furnace unsafe or in need of replacement and that in fact the furnace shut down as part of a safety response mechanism as it was supposed to. After a long debate with the first HVAC contractor about the calibration of his equipment and the experience of his technicians, using the data AireServ had given us, we were able to have the red tag lifted and have had no further problems since. This experience led us to engage in a service agreement with AireServ which has also been fantastic.

Cory and his team did an amazing job on the tiles in our powder room, hallway and kitchen. We live in an older home and the floors were not level, to say the least. I can say now that they are near perfect. We had a great experience with Frontier. They showed up when they said they would, did the job they said they would and finished on time. Cory was friendly and easy to get along with. As a homeowner and also as someone who works in the commercial construction industry, I would highly recommend Frontier Flooring.

In June we had our roof re-shingled by Worry Free. The quality of the product and value for money were great. The installers were awesome, very friendly, clean and efficient. Overall the roof looks great and we are confident that it will last for many many years to come. The one issue I have with Worry Free is the poor communication on their part. They did not show up when they said they would, causing my husband to loose a holiday from work. The owner had told my husband that he would make up the lost holiday to him in the cost of the roof, but never stood by what he said. A big warning to anyone using Worry Free...make sure you tell them if you want to pay in cash before they purchase your shingles!
