We needed to re-key our locks and obtain new keys due to loss of the original keys. Stephen, the owner himself, came out the next day and had all our locks and keys replaced in no time. Great and efficient service.

My company required custom made fish aquaria designed to specific dimensions to meet our needs. Not only did they agree to make them to our specifications, but they were efficient and cost effective. They were a pleasure to work with.
This is one of the newer Loomis stores, so it is really big and stocked with products. Their lower level is where you can find their canvases which are reasonably priced especially when they go on sale. There is not much help available downstairs when I've been. I would often need help looking for a specific product because the store is so big and they are usually helpful in pointing me in the right direction.
Barbecue Equipment and Supplies
I went to Rona in search of a portable barbecue that could accommodate feeding 10 people. I asked the associate for advice on size and BTU output and any other recommendations on which one to purchase. The sales associate was knowledgeable on product specifications and availability. I went to Blight's Home Hardware to purchase tools and supplies for washer and dryer installation. I consulted with an associate about the process and what I would require to install it. Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Installing the washer and dryer myself was quick and easy due to the associate’s help.
