Alan was our sales rep regarding the design and layout of our new kitchen. We were very impressed with the layout and functionallity of the cabinetry and drawers. He has a very good vision of the room and makes use of the space well. The cabinets are very well made along with the fit and finish.

Dealt with Tom as our sales rep for new gas fireplace inserts. Very knowledgeable and made suggestions for our needs (i.e. design, shape and colour of insert). I would use them again!!!

Our sales consultant was Matilda at Save More Plumbing. I've have 4 separate deliveries to our construction site and each time there was something wrong with the order. They are very disorganized and do not double check the order prior to leaving the warehouse. For example, I order a sink #2020 and I get #2120. That's a difference of 1 inch. Their answer, it's only 1 inch, it will fit. Another time I ordered a tub filler with a certain look, instead they order the wrong style. Okay, no problem, but when it took over 3 days to get the right fixture, I went out to Cronkite Supply to pick up the proper fixture, I was charged an additional $20. Never did see that $20 come back because they said they misquoted me originally. Then when they sent the final order of fixtures, the faucets were wrong as they were to match the existing tub filler. Instead, they send the same style of faucets from the original order again. Then they try and blame me for the mistake saying that I changed the order. Don't deal with these people as they are very disorganized and don't care about the customers. Do business with Emco or MPH and save a year on your life.

Ed was our sales consultant for our new windows on our new build. He showed us the different style and configurations of windows available. He also explained the pros and cons of each type. Once we picked our windows, they were delivered on site with ease. Great service and products!!!
