Was lucky to work with Reza, Payam and the team in not only replacing our water heater and upgrading to a tankless system, but also for re-configuring and replacing the exhausting piping to bring it up to code and other creative solutions in future-proofing our water heating system. Reza was expertly knowledgeable on all areas and found great solutions in solving our problems. The quote was also a great price and the best that we had reviewed among competitors. Pete and Ali were both very professional and prompt with all telephone communications, including updating on scheduling in a very busy time for roofers (Toronto wind storm May 2018). Pete and his team arrived when they said they would and began working right after after explaining their work with me. Pete also pointed out some damaged that I didn't notice, and said they would also take care of that. Global One did great quality work for a good price and were friendly and courteous. I would hire them again and would happily refer them to others.
