Scott arrived as scheduled, presented his card (to identify himself) and proceeded to get right to work He needed to find the best access to the drain and remained professional and polite even though I couldn’t be of much help - what do I know about plumbing?! He had to go through the toilet drain, scoped the problem and showed me the roots that are way down there He even paced out the distance in my yard and gave his best guess as to which direction the drain flows He really helped me to understand the situation He took the time required to clear the drain and I am very satisfied with his work Scott was friendly and I felt comfortable with him and I trust his expertise
