A contractor has suggested this store when we were looking to replace our old kitchen counter top. The store has a huge selection of granite counter top. More importantly, I was able to take home a few slab samples for my wife to view. We ended up selecting the blue pearl granite counter top. Would definitely use them again.
The store has a decent selection of duvet and duvet covers. More importantly, there's always a sale. Also they carry bamboo duvet covers, which is soft to the touch. There's samples of the material for you to feel, which was very helpful. Would definitely return when there's a sale.
We needed a new bed frame to go with the king size bed we just purchased. To match our current decor, we were looking for wood finished bed frame. Even though the store only had about 10 different frames, but we were able to find one that we liked. The sales person was also very helpful in answering the questions. Ended up buying a bed frame and 2 matching night tables. Would definitely return when we are in need of furnitures.
I had purchased a voucher for 2 hours of residential cleaning with 2 professional cleaner from SierraMaid Cleaning. They only took appointment booking via email and were slow to respond. But evenutally was able to book a weekend appointment. They did an ok job of cleaning. Basically anything I told them that needed cleaning was cleaned. Overall they did vacumming and mopping. However, there was a few area that they missed because I wasnt there to point out the area. I would not use them again if I have to pay full price. But if there's another good deal, I may consider, but I would point out all the areas that needed cleaning ahead of time.
We had purchased these efficient shower heads from costco. However we do not know how to install them. So I called up Mr Wu and he came over to install the showerheads for me, and also adjusted the water temperature because it wasn't hot enough before. Overall it took about 30 mins. Very good job! Would use again.
My parents recommended him to us for maintaining the lawn. He and his crew would come over mow the lawn, put the trimmings in your trimming garbage can and pull it curbside. Overall a great guy. My only complaint would be to not come over so early at 9am on a sunday.
Our tenant had mentioned that when we did our laundry, their toilet, sink overflowed. So we quickly called around and someone recommended Mr Wan. He came over very quickly and assess the problem is probably years of built up in the pipe. So he did his thing with the snake and was done in 30 mins. Overall very speedy. Would use again if there's a plumbing problem.
When we moved into this house, we didnt know the master code. So we called up CBA and they sent a technician over. He was very professional. He found out that our battery was dying and changed it, and also noticed one of the sensor wasn't working and that was repaired. He also figured out where each of the sensors were and showed us how to use the system. Overall a very good experience. Would definitely use again.

We were looking for a screen for a window that we have, so we can open this window in the summer and not worry about bugs flying in. I called up Sam the owner and he was great. He told me that the screen window would be $12 for standard size, and $15 for non-standard, and there's an installation fee. When he came in to measure the actual size, he was very professional, and didn't charge any fee for measuring. The screen window was ready in 3 days and he came in to install them. Overall a great experience!
