Home Depot sells quality goods but, their installation service is poor (for the sake of a better word). They've taken months to install my flooring since the time of purchase (something they'd never tell you)! They confuse you as you deal with the store salesperson, the estimator who comes to your home, the store project manager, and the installer (none of which know what the other is doing), keeping you in the dark as you spend thousands more than you would by simply dealing with a contractor directly.
