When our garage door would not open, we found one of the springs was broken. Sean from Burlington Garage Door Services was the first to respond to our HomeStars request for service. He was in our driveway, early the following morning with the replacement springs. Both were changed and everything was back to normal in short order. Jim responded quickly to our request and was very professional. After a number of outrageous quotes, his was both reasonable and fair. Together, Jim and his son, Ben, did an amazing job on the exterior of our house. Neighbours have stopped by and said much the same. Jim and Ben paid great attention to detail and always included us in the decision making process by asking our opinions and offering creative alternatives, when necessary.
