I called and got ahold of Joe who came about a week after calling. He saw the problem and told me he’d order the part. I’ve since then tried to call him 4 times now in 2 weeks as I have no working washer and no one has called me back. There is no manager or supervisor to speak to and I’m very frustrated with the terrible service that I have received. Now I am left to look elsewhere while struggling without a washer.
