I was given a price by Dube; for the new installation of 5Ft Patio Doors. The Patio Doors were to have grids between the glass. Also included in the price was the purchase and installation of new front door, along with the installation of two new storm doors(which I purchased separately, because his company could not supply the style I wanted) free of charge. On the day of installation, I advised the installers BEFORE they started the work, that the Patio Doors were not the ones that I ordered. They contacted Dube about the error and continued to install the patio doors. I assumed that the situation was going to corrected at another time. At the end of the day after the patio doors installed and the front door installed. I was advised by the installers that they could not install my storm doors because they had not worked with this particular product before. At this point I spoke with Dube DIRECTLY, he advised me that they didn't have the tools to install the storm doors????? He also advised me that he would order the correct patio doors and have them installed within the next couple of weeks, as they had another job in the area in a couple of weeks. Well it has now been: EIGHT MONTHS and I still don't have the patio doors that I ordered. There have many communications between Dube and myself and still no resolution to my satisfaction. I trusted Dube, that the situation would be corrected and paid the installers in full on the day of installation. I am sorry to say that my faith and trust in this company has been comprised. Now my concern is how well they are going to honour the warranty on these products. Please note: the installers did an excellent job on the installation of the Patio and Front Doors.

We have tried our best to come to a resolution and have not been able to agree! As for the warranty we stand firm that all our windows have a life time non-prorated as per the back of the contract.
