We called HC Precision Air as our furnace was acting up. We knew we were due for an upgrade on our system and Harold was very honest in his diagnosis. He thoroughly gave us our options on costs to repair the furnace or to install a brand new system. We ended up going with a new furnace,air conditioner and humidifier. HC Precision Air showed up on time and completed the job very thoroughly, cleanly and professionally. Harold took the time to explain how the new system works and showed us how to maintain the units to achieve maximum efficiency.
