I was very impressed by the service I received from Abi and Mashid. I am going through separation and I was looking for a specific couch. I found Abi very friendly, helpful and most importantly she showed great level of empathy, which is very uncommon. I was looking for a particular couch I purchased in the past. She was able to search the system and go back to 2014. She definitely went WELL above and beyond for me. I am customer service trainer and I do not get impressed easily.
