While I was carrying kitchen garbage out to the garage, the bag broke in the front hall and left a nasty spaghetti sauce stain on the new beige broadloom right by the front door. As usual, Fred showed up in a timely fashion, knew exactly how to get the stain out perfectly, and then did his usual wonderful job on the rest of the house. He's always 100% effective and efficient, and to top it off, very friendly! I highly recommend Soft Surfaces: totally reliable.
