I need to replace my hot water system. Cole was honest about the options and discuseed the maintenance and installation of the different systems. He recommended a new tank with the same technology (but a better manufacturer) as the best option and provided an excellent quote for my consideration. Cole and John were very considerate and friendly. This gives me some confidence in Hoerner.

Jimmy found the problem within minutes and fixed it immediately. I had paid a major roofing company $200 to give me an estimate of $3500 to fix the same leak. This guy knows his business. Great advice on a Raccoon problem as well. Highly recommended.

Daniel called first thing and arrived as promised the same day. He identified the problem and went immediately to get the part required. Daniel explained that the relay had to be replaced to determine if the compressor was still good. I really appreciate that they would remove the part and charge me only for the service call if this did not solve the problem. All is working properly now. Thank you.
