These folks are fantastic. They came to our home, laid out the project and gave us a quote on a wood stove and metal insulated chimney installation. We were asked for a deposit upon acceptance of the agreement, but it was only a fraction of the total job cost and we were assured that it was totally refundable if we should change our minds. The installers arrived on the day promised and completed the work in the estimated time period. I was very impressed when the salesperson we had dealt with showed up part way through the day to check on the job's progress. At the end of the day the fellows fired up the stove, cleaned up their mess, (which was surprisingly small) and gave us detailed instructions on the use of our new stove. There were no unexpected surprises, no extra charges and no nonsense. We did have a little bit of work to do after the installers left, but that had been agreed upon before the project was started and the lead installer gave us detailed instructions as to how we should complete our part of the project. He even returned to see that we had done it properly a few days later. Overall we would recommend Specialty Brick & Fireplace to anyone. They're not perfect, but they are as good as, or better than, any contractor we've ever used.

I was very impressed with Specialty Brick & Fireplace right from the moment I stepped into their showroom. From the sales staff to the installers they were polite, knowledgable and professional at all times. All three of their locations were filled with choices and options. Even after the installation, when some minor problems developed with my appliance, they were quick to find the appropriate solutions to my problems. This was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had! Five stars and two thumbs up!!
