I had placed an order for a Regency fireplace, during the installation the technician noticed my furnace motor was running louder than normal. The technician asked if I minded if he made the adjustment required and charged nothing additional. His only comment was "because we care". Lorraine is superb at balancing the fine line of going above and beyond for the customer and yet at the same time holding true to the Corporate Mandate. Her level of dedication is exemplary. On further note, we build custom homes and had used Ardent on one of our renovations. The company was extremely well represented, the technician was on-time, neat and tidy with his work and a top notch job was promised and delivered.
