Demolition of old garage, planning and construction of new garage, permitting, excavation, grade beam design, utilities relocation, concrete, gas-fitting, interior and exterior finishing, and electrical. Plettl Construction accommodated numerous change requests before and during construction. The quality of workmanship and finishing is top-notch. The new structure feels solid and well-built. This is the second project they have done for us, the previous one being a substantial home addition and renovation.
