Immediately after the holidays we asked Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning to come in and clean our carpets. Our carpets are cream coloured and so show the dirt terribly. We had tried on other occasions with our own carpet cleaner to get the dirt out, but there was very little improvement. We'd been about to give up, bite the bullet and replace the carpet. As a final attempt we called Oliva. At the very best, I was hoping that the carpets would look good enough so we could put off replacing it for a little while. This was definitely a case of ' under promise, over deliver". The carpets look great. We now have no plans to replace the carpet at all, but we will definitely hire Oliva once a year to keep them looking fresh. The same story is true for a couch we thought we'd have to unload. It's now looking perfectly clean and I have no excuse to buy a new couch!
