We reached out to Panes to have windows installed on every floor of a 100 year old home in Toronto. We found it appealing that panes manufactured their own windows and offered installation as well as cash and carry windows. David was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions on a timely manner. The team always showed up when promised, they met our construction schedule, and went above and beyond with installation. The windows were not easy to install but they did a wonderful job. There was an issue with a rear window which slightly too large for the opening, the technicians enlarged the opening themselves. I called David when I didn't find the brick work had been done to my standards, Panes was very quick to fix the issue. Literally the next day they brought in another professional mason who met and exceeded my expectations. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. Everyone makes mistakes, however it's how we handle the mistakes which counts. Panes knows what they are doing and are fantastic. You wont be disappointed and I guarantee you that your neighbours will be asking you where you bought your windows form.

[EDIT FEB 14, 2024] The roof started leaking within 2 years of being re-shingled. Angjelin was unresponsive and difficult to communicate with to place a warranty claim. Angjelin continued to delay coming back to evaluate the leak for over a year. Eventually, contact was made and a date was set for him to return to evaluate the leak. He did not show up and has not returned any communication since. Today, the leak has not been evaluated and water has begun pooling under the flat roof as well. If you expect reasonable communication, shop elsewhere. BEWARE. It is very disappointing. Original Review Tirana Roofing was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The communication was great and they exceeded our expectations. We have a really old Toronto home and the flat roof needed some serious TLC. Tirana Roofing was up to the challenge and provided a fair quote. All the workers worked very hard, the house was left spotless during and after the job. Angjelin is an amazing problem solver and has many good ideas. They are not lazy and have great attention to detail, they take pride in their work. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heart beat.
