Aryat and his team were terrific. Extremely efficient, respectful, tidy and came in within budget. His suggestions were useful and informative without pressuring us to go outside the overall scope of work. They managed to start the project a couple of days before schedule and were done impressively quickly. Considering I have a young child in the house, never once did the work disturb her routine or wake her up from excessive noise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

DO yourself a favour and use another service. TRUST ME. I was actually recommended this service from someone who has used them for years. The first lady they sent me was great. She came for a few months, but then left the company. The replacement cleaners have been terrible. I asked for the first one to be changed since she didn't do a good job. The second one was even worse - and had obviously not cleaned a bunch of things (including the ENTIRE upstairs floor of my house). There was obviously stuff on the floor that she hadn't bothered vacuuming, dusting, etc. I complained and even took pictures on my camera phone, but when they sent the same lady back a day and a half later to fix what she hadn't done, she basically stood in my house with her hands on her hips and accused me of shedding dust and hair on purpose since it 'wasn't there when she cleaned'. I have no interest in dirtying up my house to get it cleaned again, I assure you. She's still here and banging my furniture around in protest like she wants to break it. Also, she finally admitted that she hadn't cleaned one of the bathtubs the last two (bi-weekly) visits. ETA: I just went upstairs and there is STILL hair and fluff on the ground, despite her having 're-cleaned' it. I bet she's going to try and blame the (very expensive) vacuum cleaner. ... update: She has now accused me of having too much hair. Amazing. Rest assured, I will NEVER be using this service again.

I can't recommend John and his team highly enough. Not only did they do great work (and on time), but they were polite, respectful and very helpful throughout the experience. John really cares about his clients and their needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the work done to our satisfaction, and even helped with vendor relations and explaining to me (a first timer) everything that was being done, why and what alternatives we had. When we had issues with a supplier, he went out of his way to sort things out for/with us and was genuinely enthusiastic about taking on our project. He is also clearly a design-oriented thinker and always tries to find solutions that fit our design aesthetic well. His team is very conscientious about their work and cleaning up after they are done. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and service, and will definitely use them again in the future.
