The price was right, but sometimes you get what you pay for. We had a sectional, 3 chairs and an area rug "cleaned". My original call was because the couch and 2 small chairs had a musty smell to them from being in a basement. When the service guy arrived I asked him if he could smell the must and he said yes. I ask him if he could get rid of the smell and he said yes he could for sure. Not only did he not remove the smell, the sectional, chairs and rug were still wet, not damp from Sat morning, until right now when I write this ( Tuesday ). We have had fans blowing on them since Sat afternoon. I contacted the company and spoke with the man that did the work and told him the problem. According to him, he has the best equipment in the business and what would I like him to do? Well, my shop vac can remove water and dampness from furniture and that only cost me 50 bucks. His attitude was unprofessional when confronted with this problem. I would like to point out that I can understand that humidity affects drying time, but when asked he said 4-5 hours and it would be fine. It's going on 3 full days now. He did not remove the smell, not even a little. Now it smells like musty and the horrible smelling cleaner he used. We have since removed the covers from the couch, and the insides and are cleaning them ourselves. And the carpet I still wet, and wasn't even cleaned. still fur and stain on it. So not impressed. I won't use them again and do not recommend them.

We are sorry you're unimpressed with our upholstery cleaning service. Most customers are normally very impressed with our cleanings.

Unfortunately once in a while people's expectations are not met and we hear back from our customers which is great.

We normally try to rectify the problem and fix it to make a satisfied customer. Unfortunately we offered you some alternative measures after steam cleaning the smell out of your sofa you had purchased was not a success.

We did not receive a response to our possible solution to the problem and feel we've done everything we can do short of refunding your money.

We apologize for any miscommunication you may have had with James. Although we do try our best, unfortunately we cannot guarantee odours to be removed 100 percent of the time.

We do a professional job with professional equipment and top quality cleaning solutions and most of the time get positive feedback from our customers.

Called Kramer at 3am because our senior Neighbor backed into our garage by mistake. They arrived within the hour and got our door working enough to close and open properly. The following day they returned to complete the job. The door was damaged pretty good and now It's great again. Money Well spent.

I would not ever use or recommend this company to anyone. I called at 11am for a bin to remove dirt and debris from a job site. I was told the bin would arrive in an hour sand didn't. I called at 1230 and was told the driver was 30 mins away, 3 hours later the rudest and most unprofessional drive arrived and decided to drop the bin anywhere he wanted. After telling him to move the bin and getting attitude for it he left in a huff. We filled the bin with dirt and a few other items which was told to the "office/kitchen", the driver arrive to the site to pick up the bin 6 hours after the scheduled pick up and started throwing items on to the street. Said it was for clean fill only even though we ordered a TRASH BIN. when I called the office to ask what the deal was I was yelled at by another ignorant woman who refuses to see the difference between taking trash and tossing it on the road. Horrible company...should have Just loaded it in my own truck.

Paul has always got his stuff together and it was a pleasure to use him yet again! Paul is on time, fair and doesn't leave a mess. I truly believe with his prices and his personality you would be foolish to not give this man a chance. Just because he doesn't have 30 trucks on the road and does this alone should not be reason to sway you from picking him. You get top notch work for very reasonable prices.

I am a Contractor with plenty of work. For a long time we have made sure that our job sites remained as clean as they were when we got to the site. After a while I found my time was being used up by cleaning. So I thought about hiring someone to do this for me since it was honestly cheaper to do that then to have my guys hang around. I have been using Heather for about 8 months now and 32 homes. The home owners have always been overly excited to see that we hired someone to clean the entire house. Heather has now been hired full time at most of the homes but specializes in Apt and condos which works out great. If you are looking for someone to work around your schedule, who is honest, funny and charming GTA Cleaning Service is your last stop. She is also cleaning my home and my daughters condo and we love her. Which is why I am posting this on Homestars. Homestars has been great to me and I think it will be great for her.

I called PSV because I was left hanging with another painter who promised more then he could offer. Paul (PSV Painting and Design) quoted me a very resonable price for this rather large job. I was almost affraid to continue with him because of the little time he said he needed to have to work done. I thought this would have taken much longer then it did and I was taken back at the quality of work. Paul went far and beyond my expecations and I highly recommend his to anyone in search for a high quality painter.
