BN in Ottawa

The sofa's are only two months old and with normal regular usage the fabric have already began to wear in the middle of the sofa and the foam at the ends don't seem to spring back. This makes the sofa look over 5 years old. I paid over $2500 for these two sofas and I am so disappointed with the quality of Structube. I have approached the Structube store here in Ottawa and I am hoping for either a replacement or refund. Following my complaint in Aug 2011, I received a conditional refund on purchase of a new couch and love seat from Structube. Hence I selected the "Retro" style 3seater couch and love seat. Again within a few months I see the fabric fraying and pilling. When I approached the store on Murray street besides being dismissive I was rudely told by the store manager that there is a reason why people buy leather furniture and that I should have bought leather instead. She promised to get back to me but to date has only misinterpreted what the warranty states. Besides being disappointed at the poor quality of furniture Structube is selling, I am also sadenned by the quality of people they have hired to show case their establishment. Their warranty indicates that they will replace furniture within a year of purchase and in both cases both sets of furniture purchased in May and Aug 2011 were of poor and inferior quality. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved for the second time.
