Mark and his team did an excellent job with our roof installation! Leading up to the install, Mark and Harvey took the time to answer our questions and, more importantly, provided sound, level-headed and honest advice for something that we had little previous experience with. They explained to us the different options available as well as the characteristics of the shingle we would be receiving, together with the particulars of the warranty. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time (early even!); Mark was on site from the start and throughout the day. Before unloading anything, they took care to communicate what they would be doing, ensuring that our property (and our neighbours') would be protected during the removal of the old shingles. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, and I felt a lot of confidence knowing the Mark was on-site throughout while we were not. The job was finished in a timely way, and the quality of the work was excellent. When I arrived home, although I'm sure there was a lot of mess, the driveway and surrounding area were honestly cleaner than when I left it. There were countless ways that Mark and his team went above and beyond; for example, a part of our soffit was hanging loose and I pointed it out to one of the roofers just asking them if they could check it out; when I got home, I saw that it was re-secured in place perfectly. Home renovations can be stressful, so it was really important for us to work with someone who we felt we could trust and rely on. We got that and more - from the start, we felt like Mark treated our home like it was his own. Thank you Mark, Harvey and the Ontario Downspout team!
