replacing commercial lock on storefront door
Tthis company tried to charge me $200 more than estimate given on phone! I didn't know at the time that the $150 I was charged for parts could be purchased at another retailer for about $20-30 !!!! They guys there even told me how to change the locks(for future reference) very easy once you know how. Labour costs were a total of $110 - just to show up and spend less than 10 minutes changing the lock. Do I feel RIPPED OFF ?- sure do! These guys are every bit as bad as tow truck operators. Go to the hardware store, buy the parts and do it yourself. Let these guys starve!
