I have contacted Executive twice and received excellent service both times. The most recent was today - my alarm system had been sounding a warning regarding the smoke detector for 2 days and I could not fix the issue. I called to book a service call and they helped me troubleshoot the system over the phone and determined the issue was my carbon monoxide detector which is not even part of the alarm system. Peter spent 20 mins with me on the phone to solve the issue and it wasn't even an alarm problem. Outstanding service !
