Engineer/Architecture Drawings & Permit Submission
We hired Utes to design, architect and engineer drawings for a new Garage we were building, as well as submit & guide these documents through the Toronto Committee of Adjustments & building permit process. Throughout the whole process, Arash was extremely professional, courteous & very responsive. Every time I had a question or needed some clarity on anything, Arash was there to help and did so in the most professional way.
