Emilio and his team helped us out big time at our old house with a fence rebuild. We moved into a new home and thought of Emilio and his crew to change a window. In speaking with him about this, we discussed other projects. Emilio gave us many reno ideas that fit our budget. Priority was to remove carpet upstairs and modernize our stairs. Him and his team did exactly that. They are prompt and efficient and keep their word. Will be seeing him again for touch-ups and additional renos. Thank you Emilio!

I called Vlad for his advice and expertise regarding a bad odour that suddenly appeared from our basement. He came in and helped diagnose/sniff out the problem. He said he was very likely a dead rodent and suggested various products we can use to help survive the bad odour as the rodent is likely embedded in the walls. He went above and beyond and set up a few traps in our home just in case we had some crawly visitors. His service exceeded our expectations and at the very least gave us some peace as we have spent lots of money on other trade services to help diagnose and fix the issue without any real resolution. Best part, Vlad's inspection was thorough and free of charge. Thank you.
