Shawn came by yesterday to test our air quality, as we had been noticing irritation when breathing in our daughter's room. He tested a baseline for our air quality, then tested our daughter's room. It showed a significant increase in small particulates. He investigated in our basement, did a walk-around the exterior of our house, tested the air close to the attic hatch in our daughter's room, and asked us a lot of questions to help determine the root cause. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. He gave us several recommendations for remedial actions. Overall a very great experience!

Canadian Comfort Pros: Professional, experienced staff ranging from sales to installers, quality products, and excellent customer service. Cons: None. We had 12 windows replaced over 2 and a half days (as per the schedule for the job) for our 3-floor house. We’d never gone through the process of replacing our windows and Canadian Comfort made the process straight-forward. The sales process was great, and the salesman Jeff was very knowledgeable about their products. We appreciated that the sales process wasn’t high pressure, and Jeff took the time to explain the features and benefits so we could make an informed decision. We ended up with a solution that we’re thrilled with! Our installers Trevor and Mike arrived on time and did an incredible job. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was top notch. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had throughout the installation. They worked efficiently without rushing, kept the workspace clean throughout the process, and tidied up before leaving for the day. One thing we really appreciated is that near the end of the job they were not in a rush to wrap up and head out. Before leaving, they walked through the features of the windows, the warranty and we didn’t feel like they were in a hurry. We also valued that they took the time to check if there was anything else we needed or any questions we had before they left the site. We felt really involved throughout the process, and respected how they treated us (especially being new to this sort of renovation). We were incredibly happy with the entire experience end-to-end. The experience was very positive and we would recommend them to anyone.
