I would like to take this opportunity to recommend David Thomas as a designer and contractor. We first began doing business with David in January of 2004. Our first project was the remodel and renovation of our kitchen, breakfast area and family room. We had begun interviewing designers and general contractors in 2002 with the hope of finding one that could conceptualize our vision for this contiguous area. And, then we finally found David! He demonstrated his competency and ability by just drawing the plans for the area as we envisioned it. He understood the obstacles we faced and he knew how to overcome them. We were so pleased with the design and implentation of our first project that we looked no further when we decided to remodel and renovate our master bedroom and bath. Once again David came up with a design that was incredible given the small area he had to work with. On this project David also acted as our general contractor and we could not have asked for a better one. He handled everything effortlessly and with integrity. Our only regret was that we completed all the renovations on our home; but, after getting the projects done, we decided to use David as an interior designer. He transformed our dining room, living room and entranceway into a cohesive, functional and beautiful space. Our only regret is that David and his family moved back to Canada and we lost both a friend and a designer. Dianne M. Franco
