Jay and the team did an excellent job to get my roof replaced and also fixed the soffit and eave downspout leaking problems. Jay came and inspected my roof and provided emergency water leaking service for free when he recognized a possible leaking problem. The team came on time as scheduled and organized the whole work professionally - they use tarps and wide boards to protect the lawn and doors & windows, checked the decking before placing the new shingles as well as cleaned up the debris afterwards. The only area I recognized possibly for future improvement is to provide protection to the wood structure around the house, such as the hand rail along the door way and the balcony rails, to avoid unnecessary damage.

Jay is very professional to the attic insulation. He started with a quote and a written agreement, and briefed me the work scope and how to get it done. It took about a little more than one hour and he finished it by cleaning up the carpet and stairs. I strongly recommend JCS and Jay's service.
