We contacted Ottawa Home Services to diagnose a noisy furnace during the heating cycle. Their technician arrived within about 2 hours after first contact and quickly figured out what the problem was. He then gave us options on how to proceed and the relative costs for each option. At no time did he pressure us into choosing one option over another. He took the extra step of going back to the shop to confirm whether a part was in stock or not. Pierre was personable, pleasant and willing to answer all our questions so we could make an informed choice. Pierre deserves all his excellent reviews .
