We had Wood Buffalo completely renovate a Old Strathcona condo that we rent out to our son. The condo was stripped to the bare floor and drywall. The kitchen was completely done as were two bathrooms. The drywall was repaired and painted and new flooring and lighting installed throughout. We also had a ductless A/C unit installed in the living room since the condo is on the top floor and would get very hot in the summer. Renovations are always challenging and as many people know can sometimes be a complete nightmare. This one was challenging for Fred's team since the condo is on the third floor of a walkup. All the waste including flooring, cabinets, toilets etc needed to be trucked down the stairs and the new fixtures, flooring and cabinets were hauled up. You can imagine that it was difficult to do this without disturbing the neighbours. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. Obviously we had concerns along the way and Fred was very quick to address them even late at night. This is what made the biggest difference for us - his attentiveness to his work. Also not to be forgotten. We found the price to be very reasonable given the scope of the task.
