Following some missing shingles on my roof, we called the company to check the roof and to give us their recommendations. The response was immediate and Bill (Zongze) along with two other workers arrived promptly as we agreed. As they checked the roof, they sent us down the pictures, so we could see with our own eyes the situation. Within an hour we've got the quote with several options of Shingles Brands. Bill was very polite and made us feel as a reliable and knowledgeable professional. He answered all our questions. The work was done quickly and cleanly as promised. Bill also sent us the Video of the roof after completion. I didn't give the full 10 points just to encourage Bill to improve his English. I strongly recommend.
