I had the phone number from a friend. I contacted the company and Josh answered the phone. I explained to him the problem with Eavstrough (broken and damaged by the previous tenant). I sent him the picture and he gave me a very reasonable estimate within a day or two. He promised to fix it when snow melts and this week he told it was fixed. I verified and it was an excellent job. He sent me the invoice by email and I paid him by e-transfer . Unfortunately, All was done without meeting Josh face to face. He was professional and on time with a very reasonable price.
