I had TRC plumbing come out to look for a plumbing leak in a tenants apartment. The tenant didn’t want the walls ripped apart and they couldn’t confirm it was ok with me, so the plumber immediately left. It’s now been over a week of the company telling me “tomorrow” and are now not picking up my calls. I’ve wasted a week with them putting me off and now have to start over and find someone else to come out, all while the leak is continuing.

Michael and his team did a great job building a new garage for us. It was completed on time and on budget. What really sets him apart though is the way he dealt with problems. If there were any misunderstandings or mistakes, he dealt with them professionally and accepted responsibility when needed and we came to mutually acceptable agreements. His team was a pleasure to work with and I will be calling them back for future projects. Thanks guys.

I hired this company from a reference from another company I used, but was too busy. The quote was reasonable and with the reference from the other drywaller, I thought they would be safe. They might be adequate for small jobs and patchwork, but they were not equipped to do a whole house. They never had more than 3 people for the boarding days and usually only 1 for mudding. There were also many days when no one would show up at all. Because of this, they took several weeks longer than quoted. I pushed them at many points to show up and get the job done, but I response was to just do a worse job. It is the worst "professional" drywall job I have ever seen. We have had dozens of screws come through, cracking on most ceiling/wall joints and just a terrible finished product throughout the house. To top things off, Matt came back to me at the end of the job with a bill for the "extra" work that was needed (all of which was in the contract) and threatened Liens on my property. I paid him $2000 of the $3000 he asked for, just so he would go away. This is a prime example of a contractor who doesn't care about their work and takes on more work than they can responsibly handle. I would stay away if your job might take more than a couple days.

My AC kept freezing up after being on for a few minutes and wasn't blowing cold air. Called Accuserv in the morning and that afternoon they were here and diagnosed the problem as glitch in my thermostat. Rahul and Nick were awesome and fixed the problem with another thermostat. House is cooling nicely now. I would highly recommend them any HVAC repairs and will keep them in mind for my next new install or replacements. Thanks guys

The guys a Lynxus did a great job on the full drywall job of my house. Were very accommodating and flexible which allowed us to move forward with our renovation smoothly. I would highly recommend Peter and guys for your next drywall job.
