Used them for a repair, the lack of diognosic skill was evident from the final bill (which was higher than quoted over the phone) after they ‘needed’ to replace EVERYTHING including the circuit breaker going to it. Asked for all my ‘broken’ parts back and only received half of them; with the wires cut over a week later. A proper diagnosis instead of a major parts swap until the problem was fixed cost me ALLOT more than I was willing to spend on this hot tub. If for some reason you use Cal Spas DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE! Get a written quote. Look at other reviews before calling them; I wish I would have done my research before wasting my money with them.
