We used Everready to legalize our basement unit in our rental property and had a wonderful experience. Peter provides excellent customer service, really good communication, takes pride in his work and holds his team to his standards. His team was so good that we ended up adding another project of renovating our bathrooms. Although this was not part of the original plan, Peter accommodated us and prioritized our project. We will definitely use Everready for any future projects!
