I have a fussy dog that needed professional grooming so I brought him to the closest Petsmart. The groomers were nice and friendly. I felt safe leaving my dog in their care. After 3 hours I was able to pick up my dog - all washed, cut, trimmed and they even added a bow on top of his head.

Our water faucet in the bathroom was not working properly. The hot water will not turn off and it trickle for a few month until it finally just runs. We could not turn the knob to shut off the water. We had to call the plumber and they were friendly and professional. They arrived at our home within the hour and fixed the problem. It turned out the little rubber ring needed to be replace. Phew!
