Installed new furnace and air conditioner. New venting. Required fire safety dampners on all vents leaving furnace room. Installed duct work throughout including large theatre space and bar area, office, kitchen, main entrance, Green rooms on either side of stage and bathroom. Installed fan system in co-ed bathroom stalls (5) plus janitor room. Vent to roof for kitchen. Liased with city on several occasions and arranged city inspections.
